|Recommended: YesGreat place and wonderful staff — I have only been here for about a month now and I can tell that the staff is very kind and helpful. Though there tends to be noise coming from neighbors it isn't something that would turn me away from the place.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — I have lived here for about 2.5 years and I absolutely love it. Management is different from when I first moved in but the new management is just as nice and knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult if you are someone who works late at night but not anything to be concerned about with the amount of curb parking available. I will say at least in my unit the noise can be a bit disturbing but it's hard to tell if it's because we are all home all the time due to the pandemic. Overall Fircrest Gardens Apartments has been an awesome place to live for the past 2 years. The grounds are always clean and the staff is very friendly. If it wasn't for the parking I would give FGA 5 stars

|Recommended: YesNicely landscaped. Parking SUCKS — It very quiet, and clean. The parking situation is another issue. This really needs to be addressed. Lots of cars parked on lot with NO TAG Report it and the same car continued to park w o tag.

|Recommended: NoThe gates are a joke — The gates are for looks I’ve had one vehicle broken into stealing tools out of my work truck and my personal vehicle was stolen because the gates were not secured
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love the apartment, grounds and people. Neighbors are friendly and the apartment is cozy. I feel safe walking my dog at night as the area is very well lit. The only complaint I would have is the parking. I can't come home too late or I will need to park on the curb. It is still worth living in this great community.
|Recommended: YesSafe Apartment Complex — Parking is very limited, and surrounding park and ride areas are unsafe we had a parked car there hit within a few days of being moved there while we were getting ready to sell it . Due to limited parking, guest parking availability is very low. Parking spaces are also very small, and our cars have both been scraped while living here. Some rules seem too strict, such as not being allowed to hang many plants from balconies, not allowing privacy screens in your porch area, not being allowed to back into spaces, etc.
The grounds are well-maintained, although I did receive a rash after using the pool once last summer. The gym is a nice affinity to use. It is frustrating to not be able to use privacy screens for our porch, as we are facing inwards to the playground and pool, and it feels as though we cannot use our porch to hang out in with any privacy. The office staff are friendly, there have been some confusing interactions about paperwork, but I don’t believe that was anyone’s fault. Overall, this complex feels safe to live in, it is quiet and in a good location.

Only problem is parking, and older appliances, but well functional.
|Recommended: YesClean and beautiful — The staff have been wonderful. The layout of the apartment is nice, love having a gated community, walls are well insulated.
|Recommended: NoWay too noisy — The grounds keepers start weed wahcking and leaf blowing far too early. I work nights and am in the middle of sleeping at 9 am typically and I am consistently awakened by the loud, piercing sounds of their tools. Even through a closed window ths sound insulation is awful If they could start at 10 am at the least then that would be acceptable, though preferably later.
|Recommended: YesVery simple and cozy feel, would recommend — The grounds are very pretty, and over all the space is very spacious for 2 people, though the amount of parking on the grounds leaves something to be desired, especially at night. The space stays cool in high heat and has lots of outlets, though no ethernet ports. The most recent paint job in the apartment is a little sloppy and there are a lot of small imperfections in the walls, doors, and molding, though they're pretty minor. Overall, the flaws that this place has can be easily overlooked, I rate 8 10
