|Recommended: YesLiving Here — It has been a great time living here. the parking is hit and miss at times but there could be worst things. We love the area and the easy access to places to eat, mall, downtown tacoma and the freeway. we even have a view of the stadium fireworks when in season and during the 4th.

|Recommended: YesSafe, Easy, Quality — It is a great place to live because I feel safe walking to my apartment late at night if I have to park far away. The layout of my apartment is conducive to my lifestyle and though I can hear noises from my neighbors sometimes, it's not bad at all.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I rented here for a year and it was one of my favorites places to live. The location is great- super close to everything. It was a quiet and safe complex. As a female, I never felt unsafe when taking my dog out at night. I highly recommend this place

|Recommended: YesWell kept, consistent place to live — Quiet, Safe and Convenient. Parking is an issue and maintenance could be faster, but overall a good place to live.
|Recommended: YesOnly real issue is parking availability, sometimes afraid to come home late and not be able to find a parking spot. — Very nice place.
|Recommended: YesGood starter apartments — Overall it is a nice place to live, the staff is nice and friendly I wish all the apartments could have renovations, but I understand why it is hard to do that when people move in and out. Be warned that the parking is terrible unless you want to pay for a covered spot which are limited .
