|Recommended: YesQuiet Sense of Community — I enjoy living here due to the quiet nature of the apartment complex. Everyone here seems to respect themselves enough to respect their neighbors. There is a friendly rapport with the office staff and they care about their tenants. We couldn't have chosen a better apartment community to be a part of and we feel like we are at home.

Grounds amenities are up to date and well kept. Apartments are clean and general feel of the community is quiet and friendly. We shopped around A LOT for apt in this price range and Fircrest was definitely the clear winner. Very happy with our choice.
|Recommended: YesNice and quiet with a great view of Rainer — Only thing that is a little tricky is the parking. If you have a large vehicle it is kind of a pain to find a parking spot if you show up after everyone has returned from work. The apartment and the grounds are outstanding. They really make sure to keep it clean.

|Recommended: YesMy home — I loved this place when I lived here 9 years ago and that's why I came back. It has been an absolute joy to lounge around the pool this summer with the nice pool furniture etc. I enjoy walking through the complex because its clean and quiet.
I noticed the gate working this morning, Im really hoping that it stays working because that was one of the main reasons I came back for the safety of my daughter and I.

|Recommended: YesWell kept up, nice out door area's. — I have lived here for almost a year and I have no plans on moving. We like it here, we are close to everything. The only thing I wish they would implement would be a smoke free apartment community or have it set up so that if you are a smoker you would have to go 25 feet away, I am not a smoker and my neighbors are so in the summer if my windows are open I am smelling their smoke.

|Recommended: NoGreat amenities, poor facilities maintenance — Spacious apartments with comfortable living spaces. On site gym, tanning, pool and activities room are a great bonus. Only con is the maintenance moves at a snails pace.

|Recommended: YesFircrest Gardens is a nice place to live. They fix things quickly when they break — Our apartment is comfortable and nice. It is our own little corner of the world, where we can escape and relax from the days stresses.
